Within our environment we have a lot of factors where compost comes in need or helpful. In today’s blog I am going to inform you on how ranchers are turning the manure produced by their livestock into everyday use for an average American. My family personally helped out our community garden each year by giving then around 6 loads of manure each year. Now to most that does not sound necessary but if you research why is manure needed when trying to grow plants, the research you will find will state the following.  When you put the manure on your plant you are not only giving it extra nutrients but you are increasing the soil carbon. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/composting/manures/the-benefits-of-manure-in-your-garden.htm 

Above is an article that I found about a lady that has been using manure compost to help grow her garden. Now this is how you can see that ranchers are helping out their community and their neighbors. If you were to go to the store and buy fertilizer for your plants at times you may not know what is in that bag or box. Not all ingredients are going to be listed. Manure is a natural compost that any farmer is willing to give away. If you have some nasty grass and would like it to be green in the coming summer, simply just get some fertilizer and spread it on in the spring. I highly recommend that you watch the forecast and look for a rainy day after spreading and then bright sunny skies.      This will be the last blog post I  do on this topic, I have been researching and learning about the issues of conservation and extinction for several weeks now and I feel a lot more personally connected to this issue. this exercise has helped me gain a new understanding of the threat we face in our world today. Biodiversity is very essential in large ecosystems. The most noticeable, is the resource availability. With plenty of water, comes plenty of insects. The insects pollenate plants, which bring in amphibians and rodents, and fish. This draws in small predators like birds, reptiles, fox, and many more and this keeps going on and on. As long as the biodiversity is large within an ecosystem, it will continue to grow.
