Fossil Fuel

In today's world, the use of fossil fuels is detrimental to our ecosystem and environment. They cause pollution in cities, a major one being Japan. The consistent use of fossil fuels causes effects on the climate of the entire planet that are not easily reversed. Though fossil fuels may make things easier for human manufacturing, efficiency, and energy, it has been a battle to end the use of them. Climate change is real to some people, there are reports from scientists that dedicate their life to climate change of extreme weather conditions across the world that have caused over a billion dollars in repairs, damages, and death. If that doesn't scare you, on the top of the list for factors of climate change is fossil fuels. Why is it so hard for us to quit the use of them? It could be the denial. It could be disbelief. We are killing the planet. The transition to more planet safe, renewable energy is not a simple mountain to summit. One way or another, our energy comes from the sun. In prehistoric ages, we had no issue working with little to no fuel. As the world moves on, I guess we find new ways to produce energy, but sometimes we don't see the long term effects or choose to ignore them. We as a planet, as a whole, need to find a solution and we need to find one fast.
